Introducing CRO Insights

Cache22’s CRO research that reveals how customers move through your site, uncovers drop offs, and highlights growth opportunities so you know exactly what to improve.

Typology

Typology is a DTC skincare brand that leads with simplicity, no noise, no retail stores. Just clean formulas and a digital-only experience.

But when the website is your only storefront, the interface has to do it all: introduce the brand, guide discovery, and drive conversion, with zero friction.
At Cache22, our product design and UX team led a focused CRO sprint to ensure that every element worked harder, without ever breaking the brand’s calm, minimal tone.

It’s a proposal that demonstrates how small, intentional shifts can have big impact.

Here’s what we focused on:

▶️ Homepage

🔎 Brand Story & CTA Above the Fold
We brought the brand’s purpose and action together, upfront. Clear value, clear direction—no scrolling required.

🔎 Redesigned Cart Icon
Visually aligned with the brand, placed where users intuitively expect it, especially on mobile.

Quick Add, Pricing, and Wishlist on Product TilesThese micro-interactions are standard expectations. We integrated them cleanly, reducing decision friction and improving task flow.

Structured Carousels with Bundle Support
Refined product display logic to support categorization and future bundle-building, while keeping discovery effortless.

▶️ Product Page

Reworked Diagnostic Test CTA
Originally vague, we rewrote the copy and enabled multi-concern selection to match real user behavior.

Subtle Urgency Cues
Time-sensitive tags were introduced to drive action without disrupting the clean UI.

Sticky Add-to-Cart Buttons
Anchored CTAs that persist while users scroll—critical for mobile-first experiences.

Routine Suggestion Modal
Designed a 60% width modal that’s focused, skippable, and easy to engage with across devices.

CTA Copy Refinement
Shifted from generic to action-driven, aligning microcopy with user intent.

▶️ Navigation & Microinteractions

Thumb-Friendly Mobile Menu
Resized the container so key actions (like closing) are easily reachable—no unnecessary stretching.

Login Button Redesign
Made it feel deliberate and secure, not like an afterthought.

Consistent Close Behaviors
Standardized exit patterns across modals and overlays. Added blur + dimming for better visual hierarchy and focus.

We didn’t add noise. We added intent.
